How do I book an appointment?

Booking an appointment is easy! Simply visit my website and use the online booking system to select your desired service and time. If you have any questions or need help with booking, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to assist!

Do I need to pay a deposit to book?

A deposit is not required to book your appointment, but a card will be kept on file to secure your spot. This ensures a smooth booking process and allows me to enforce my cancellation policy fairly. Rest assured, your card will only be charged if the cancellation policy is violated.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within the 24-hour window will result in a fee  of 50% of the services booked will be charged to the card on file. If you need to make changes, just let me know as soon as possible—I’m happy to work with you!

What is your no-show policy?

If you don’t show up for your appointment and haven’t provided 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, a no-show fee of 50% of the services booked will be charged to the card on file. After two no-shows, you will be banned from booking future appointments. I understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you can’t make it, please let me know as soon as possible to avoid losing your booking privileges.

Can I book multiple services in one appointment?

Yes! You can absolutely book multiple services in one appointment. However, please note that facial waxing and brow lamination cannot be booked at the same time as a facial and will need to be scheduled separately with at least 7 days in between. When booking online, you can select as many compatible services as you'd like, and I’ll ensure enough time is allocated for each one. If you need help customizing your appointment or selecting services, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to assist!

Booking Policies

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

To ensure a smooth and successful appointment, please fill out all forms sent to you ahead of time. It’s best to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face so we can get right to work. For facials and waxing, avoid using retinol or similar products for 7-10 days before your appointment. If you are currently on Accutane, please note that waxing and facials should be avoided for one year to protect your skin. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Should I come with makeup on for lash or brow services?

For lash and brow services, it’s best to arrive with no makeup on, especially around the eyes. This allows me to work more efficiently and ensures the best results, whether it's a tint, lift, or brow shaping. If you’re coming straight from work or an event, I’ll have makeup remover available for you!

Are there any products I should avoid before my appointment?

Yes! To ensure the best results and protect your skin, avoid using retinol, exfoliants, or acne treatments for 7-10 days before facials or waxing. If you’re on Accutane, you’ll need to wait one year before booking these services. Please also avoid excessive sun exposure or anything that could cause sunburn or windburn, as irritated skin cannot be treated safely. If you’re unsure about your skin’s condition or product use, feel free to reach out—I’m here to help!

How long does hair need to be for waxing?

For waxing, hair should be at least ¼ inch long, about the size of a grain of rice. If it’s shorter than that, it may be difficult to wax effectively, and you may need to wait a little longer for your next appointment. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out beforehand!

Can I get a wax if I’m pregnant?

Yes, you can get a wax while pregnant, but it’s always a good idea to check with your doctor first if you have any concerns. During pregnancy, your skin may be more sensitive, so please let me know if you have any specific discomforts or needs, and I’ll be sure to adjust accordingly.

Before Your Appointment

How long does each service take?

Service times vary depending on what you’re booking. Most facials take about 60 minutes, while waxing, brow and lash services can range from 15 to 45 minutes. I’ll provide an estimated time when you book so you can plan accordingly!

Is waxing painful?

Waxing can cause some discomfort, especially if it’s your first time, but the good news is that it gets easier with regular appointments. I use techniques and high-quality products to minimize pain and keep you as comfortable as possible.

Do you offer aftercare advice for your services?

Absolutely! After every appointment, I’ll provide personalized aftercare recommendations to help you maintain your results and keep your skin, lashes, or brows looking their best. You can always reach out if you have any questions post-appointment.

Can I work out or sweat after waxing or a facial?

It’s best to avoid workouts, saunas, or any activity that causes excessive sweating for at least 24 hours after waxing or a facial. Sweating can irritate freshly waxed skin or interfere with your facial results. Your skin needs time to recover and breathe, so take it easy and let the glow settle in!

Are there any products I should avoid after my service?

Yes! After your appointment, avoid using exfoliants, retinol, or harsh skincare products for at least 48 hours. For waxing, steer clear of heavy lotions, perfumes, or anything that might clog pores on the treated area. If you’ve had a facial, stick to gentle, nourishing products to maintain your glow. I’ll provide personalized aftercare tips tailored to your service!

During Your Appointment

General Questions

What is the standard tip ammount?

It’s really kind of you to want to tip, but you don’t need to! I’ve carefully priced my services to reflect their value while covering business costs fairly. This way, you can enjoy your experience knowing exactly what you’re paying—no stress about adding a tip or worrying if it’s “enough.” My goal is for every guest to feel comfortable, relax, and focus on treating themselves without any extra pressure.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

I kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone. As a home-based business, I am legally allowed to have only one client on the premises at a time. I understand that finding childcare can be challenging, but for everyone’s safety and to ensure a distraction-free, relaxing environment, I’m unable to accommodate children during appointments. Thank you for understanding!

How can I contact you?

You can reach me through email, text, phone, or the "Contact Me" page on my website. Since I’m running this business solo, my full attention is on my guests during working hours, so I may not be able to respond immediately. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible, and I appreciate your patience and understanding!

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept card payments, Venmo, and cash. While all forms are welcome, cash is always appreciated! Please note that your deposit for the appointment must be paid online during the booking process.
